Not that good...
I payed 43 dollar for this. Everything got burnt on first run and I can't remove it. I even tried at last with steel wool and even that cannot remove the burnt food.Maybe my own fault that I used to hot temp on my stove, but I now need to throw the pan in garbage. I would return if possible.Don't buy this if you can't regulate temp with alcohol stove or so. It cannot handle high temps it seem.Sad. I really had high hopes for this one.

Really shines over a settled bed of coals. Harder to manage over my ISO Butane pocket rocket
Had this for over a month now. Perfectly sized for a breakfast for my wife and I. If using directly over a gas camping stove, get the gas burner down to as low a heat as possible. This pan will get HOT quickly. It is NOT a no stick pan. Use oil and let the oil pre heat for a bit, then it fries eggs etc just fine. Over my pocket rocket stove, I have never been able to cook pancakes successfully.Why five stars then? On my cooking rack over a well settled bed of coals from our camp fire, this pan is a joy. Well behaved and here the thin titanium really shines. No hot spots (fire circumference was bigger than the pan). Handle was the perfect length to manage the pan over coals (did use a towel to handle). Cooked the pancakes with no issues. Did a couple of burgers exactly to order. Bacon, sliced span, no burning. Does everything perfectly. Easy clean up. Very light weight and sturdy fry pan.This is really perfect for my wife and I over coals. It would work well on a rack over a settled charcoal fire. I can use it over my pocket rocket, but, here it does not really shine.thanks rch
