Office Bookshelf
I bought these to use in my office to hold a rather large amount of manuals and hardware installation instructions on an extra desk top. They get the job done very well; I’m not ever worried about the bookends slipping or not managing the weight. They look great and I’m very pleased with the value.

Too expensive but do the job
I think these are way too expensive for what they are, but I have a couple of huge catalogs, paperback, 600 or 800 pages, and this is the only thing I have found that will successfully hold them upright.

I like the strong , sturdy hold. I have heavy books and binders, no match for these great bookends!

Pretty good
I purchased the regular sized bookends and liked them, so decided to purchase a pair of the heavy-duty bookends from this seller as well. Overall they are fine, but I did not like how they don't match the smaller regular bookends - the heavy-duty bookends are shiny instead of matte. Kind of annoying but whatever.
