A high-quality knife for the low price. Comes sharp. Solid, comfortable handle. Plenty of space between the handle and cutting board during use. Greatly improved my cooking life (had no proper chef knife before.)Only negative - some rust spots were present after the first washing, even with thorough hand washing/drying.I will try this brand again for it's design and cost-efficiency, but eventually it will be replaced by something of more premium quality.

I had hand surgery a few years ago because of some torn tendons in my hand, and I found that I experienced hand pain and fatigue after a very short period of time with my regular knives that I previously owned. I love to cook from scratch for my family, and we really do not have the budget to afford carry outs often, so this has been very distressing for me. I have only used this knife twice to prepare dinners,but so far I have been extremely pleased with the performance. The hardest thing for me is cutting vegetables-the thicker, bigger knives require so much effort to cut through carrots and potatoes and it really hurts. This knife has such a comfortable handle, and I really liked that it was so sharp and thin. I couldn't believe how effortlessly it cut through carrots!! It didn't hurt me and it required so little effort!! That alone is worth almost any price, let me tell you. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and may buy some more knives as gifts for friends and family.

I was looking for a new knife to cut up vegetables and because I cut up a lot, it needed to be comfortable in my hand and functional and this knife did not disappoint. It is light weight yet sturdy. The blade it sharp and I am able to cut into small pieces quickly which is how I like to cut up the vegetables for my salads. I use it everyday. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this knife.

Very happy with the knife. First use was to cut veggies for stir fry. It was even better than the knife we bought at a Chinese cooking class for that purpose. We bought it to replace a 60 year old kitchen knife that finally fell apart. Didn’t think we’d find something we liked as well, but this one is a perfect replacement. We like how light weight it is. This knife is razor sharp and we will look into buying the sharpener to keep it that way. We plan to look for more knives from the company.

When the product arrived I wanted to try the knife right away! I had surgery on both wrists Wednesday/today is Saturday. I was able to cut a cantaloupe in half with no effort! Northern of my granddaughters could believe it! I can't even open a door and yet I cut a cantaloupe in 1/2! Very impressive !!!

Great chef knife for someone looking for something lightweight, sharp and effective. Used it for omelettes this morning, and made quick work of onions, tomatoes and green peppers. The handle grip is super comfortable, and it is probably the single lightest weight knife I have ever used. I now wish I would have bought the two-pack - one of these would be perfect for my aging mother.
