Magic The Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons Starter Kit

This set has really great value, 2 decks with their own deck boxes with a code for a the online games?? sign me up!! I am a yugioh player, and a couple of friends of mine just started playing MTG and the game is fun!

I just received these decks and I am very happy with them. I think these are great starter kits for newbies, like me. My redeem code worked, as well. Cards and package arrived in great on condition. Very happy with this and I cannot wait to try them out. I am a beginner, so I don't mind if the decks are underpowered or such. I just want easy decks to start learning with.

I used to play MTG a lot but mostly collect now so nice price for a couple of decks. Nice touch adding a code to get the decks on MTG Arena but that ended up being the only problem i had. Went to the in game store to add code and got invalid. Note the package was unopened and fully brand new. My only guess was since a European age rating was on it maybe not a go in the US for the code. But didn't see any notice of locations it wouldn't take in. So if you want cards, a good way to start building a collection but may want to give another thought if just code seeking.EDIT: i thought there was a problem with my code but a friend mentioned...try adding the dashes. Yup, didn't think the dashes were part of the code but there were. So yes great for actual card decks AND you can add them to your Arena set. i'll bump my 4 stars up to full 5.

I really like the card selection that was given, however it should be noted that the green deck is better than the black! Idk if they are all the same (and i believe they would be), but i lost to my wife(brand new) when she played the green deck.. the selection of cards is pretty decent. Overall packaging was good and it arrived on time!

Like title of review, if you can snag this for $9, that's really not a bad deal. The Vito alone is worth around $3, last I checked. There's some other decent ones in here, but that's a keeper for sure. The big bonus, at least for me, was the Arena code to unlock both decks' worth of cards online, plus share the code with my brother as a little side gift of sorts.So all in all, can't really go wrong with this and definitely an easy way if you ever want to give a cheap gift to someone just starting off, or teaching someone. And again the codes for online are certainly nice.

I got this for 8.97$ on sale a while back and it was so worth it I have taught multiple people how to play with these and the decks have a solid design that I took and made into a mono black demon deck and a mono green hydra deck that pretty much perfectly go back and forth this is sooo worth it and really fun

I really wanted to switch things up and try a new card game and this welcome deck was the perfect way to tryout MTG, truth be told Ive been playing online for a few weeks with Arena but I appreciate having 2 actual decks and this kit also came with a code to redeem them on my MTG Arena account.Onto the decks, mine came with Kogla even though it said on the product page this card wouldnt come in the Amazon version of the starter set which is cool.

Sin duda el mejor producto en cuanto a relación calidad-precio para iniciarte en Magic: The Gathering. 2 decks completos y listos para jugar con alguien más, además de que el código incluido para la versión digital del juego, MTG Arena, te permite tener esos mismos dos decks en el juego y se puede redimir dos veces, por lo que lo puedes compartir con alguien más y jugar también en línea, así puedes aprender a jugar con los tutoriales de Arena e ir aprendiendo interacciones de cartas, colores etc.El único inconveniente que le podría encontrar a este producto es que en septiembre de este año (2021) saldrán de rotación la gran mayoría de las cartas incluidas en estos decks, por lo que no podrás usarlos para jugar en formato estandar que es el formato más popular, pero para jugar en casa con un amigo es perfecto.

Definitely worth it if you play in real life, The how-to-play guide was really good at explaining and went through a lot of important things in the game in a few pages. The decks are REALLY good, I couldn't believe some of the legendary creatures in it. I haven't tried redeeming the code in Magic: The Gathering Arena because I don't play it though

Awesome starter kit for beginners and just fun for some quick games and easy to take away with you for a extra thing to kill time.

Si quieres empezar a jugar Magic the Gathering o quieres conseguir mas cartas para tu colección o mazo principal a un precio bajo estos dos decks son una muy buena opción, contiene un mazo verde y uno negro con tarjetas buenas y un codigo para obtener ambos mazos en Magic Arena, el precio está buenisimo y si combinas tarjetas de ambos mazos en uno solo puedes armarte algo bueno para iniciar a jugar

Incredible value for the money. I used to play MTG addictively a few years ago. I sold all my old cards so it's a fresh start for me. With this you can get to playing straight away and have a pretty fun match. The black deck isn't perfectly balanced against the green IMO (not enough means to kill those large green creatures) but it's definitely possible to win. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try out MTG!
