so far so good
It fits as well as one that came with mask, wife loves how the cloth masks and head gear are much quieter than standard type. Now just got to find and order new mask, for it.

This is just the headgear, NOT the bosepiece
I receive a new mask every three months but 1x a year I only receive the nosepiece, so I have to find a source for the headgear. This particular item used to be $20 but the price has increased recently.

Not bad, but not a true/complete replacement
While the product works fine, it is not a true replacement mask. In order for it to be true/complete, the pictured mask has to include the small hard-plastic hose that connects the mask to the soft-plastic hose (which, in turn, connects to the CPAP machine itself).
