Tasty, not too sweet - good with morning toast

I bought as a gift and they loved them!

When I was in grade school (listening in on my older brother in the same one-room school house) I remember the gooseberry bushes behind the school. I assumed our teacher planted them there to pick the fruit for canning. Mom stripped similar bushes in our home garden for pies. She added a lot of sugar to the filling because those berries were really sour. My dad loved them. As we kids aged we loved them too. I've tasted no other berry quite like them.These Swedish berries brought back memories of that delicious magical experience.

I had not had it since my childhood. Just get one if you are ordering it out of nostalgia.

I would buy again

Tastes of sugar and has a jammy texture. That's about it.

Delightful mild flavor. Will be buying again.

A bit pricey but worth it if you crave the special flavor of gooseberries.
