It is such a shame that they made these wrong. The folds should be facing down, not up. Facing up they will harbour all the germs going!! Amazon should withdraw them all. It is a shame as they are quite comfortable to wear, but if they have the potential of causing harm ......! In fact it is the metal piece that has been put in the wrong end, as if you wear the mask upside down it fits much better, but then you don't have a nose clip!! Putting the mask on with the nose clip at the top, the mask then does not grip under the chin.

The masks smell awful, like a chemical smell, and they're dirty too. There's no way anyone sensible would wear this over their face for more than a few minutes. My family buy their own masks individually and theirs never smell bad so the smell on these is noticeable, but I'm more upset that they're dirty. At least they are genuinely 3 layer masks but I don't think it's worth buying them as I don't think they're hygienic.

Received quickly, light and comfortable to wear. Seemed quite thin, but I cut a used one in half,and they are indeed 3 ply. Good value compared to the blue ones in Supermarkets

This was the second time I ordered Merrimen masks. I decided to order them a second time because I was very happy with the quality of thiese surgical masks.They had a strong elastic bands, clearly three layers (white filter backing) and they came protected in a plastic bag with their Quality certificate inside the box.This second order came quickly but the box was damage and it wasn’t sealed.They didn’t come Inside a bag with the quality certificate which l found very suspicious.These masks are so thin l doubt there are three layers on them.The spastic bands are more flimsy too.I feel cheated and l won’t definitely order this product again.

Different masks, the old ones were 3 ply with white sheet, the new ones only 2 ply (black mask back to back)! We can't use these, but got full refund fortunately.

Cheap, cheerful and black! A little smaller than the more expensive ones but cover the mouth and nose well, have no plastic smell and when worn properly don’t fog the glasses that much.

These are quickly delivered and if you want a black mask they are good, they are more plastic than the blue ones i had before but as a face covering they do cover you and since I am skeptical the blue ones actually make any difference these I am sure are just as effective.

I brought these for my husband as he hates wearing the the blue ones...these are good and roomy !
