These are great. Made well, perfect length and width and what I needed design wise. But they are super thin. Not much at all to them and do nothing to keep out light or even visibility. I would use these as decoration and have something else under them

They are not black out curtains and they do not claim to be either. The light does shine through, in the photo I shared the sun isn't completely up yet and they will get brighter as the sun rises but they keep the privacy. They're like regular curtains and do a fine job. They were a perfect fit for my window.
