What a wonderful thing
This is a must for any RVer who is sick and tired of the lack of water pressure when you take a shower. It connects directly to your fresh water intake. Solid brass with a top notch pressure gauge, this is a super easy install. It comes set at zero pressure so that when you turn on your water after install you don't have a massive surge of pressure. It took a few minutes to adjust to 40#. Still low enough to prevent issues with the lines, but high enough to feel like you are at home taking a shower. This by far the best thing I have gotten for our RV....plus my wife thinks so as well. And as we all know...."Happy wife, Happy life"

Skip it!!! Piece of junk
Bought to keep the high pressure at RV parks from blowing out the plumbing in my coach. Failed on the 3rd use & at night even. Woke up standing in water. Ran out to shut off the water, later to find the regulator had failed and needle was at zero no matter what it was set at or how much water you pushed through. Do yourself a favor and ski this one

Waisted money on this, don't buy
Purchased for camper to regulate high pressure at the spigot. Have used it for a few months and tried several settings. It regulates the pressure well but decreases the water volume so much that the water barely flows out of the faucets and especially the shower. Setting the regulator at 60 psi as directed holds that pressure. BUT when you turn on any faucet the pressure drops 20 psi from whatever you had it set at and the flow is decreased dramatically. I had to set mine at 80psi to get 60 psi while water was flowing. It restricts the flow so much I had to purchase another device. Waisted money on this and lesson learned. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Short Life Span on Gauge
I recently purchased and used this gauge on 4,000 mile road trip which lasted about 4 weeks. I used it in temperatures ranging from 72 degrees F to -2 degrees F. I found the ability to adjust the pressure up and down very limited from day 1. no matter how far I adjusted the screw which indicates increased and decreased pressure, I could only get it to adjust from a low of about 30PSI to high of about 40PSI. This was adequate for my needs, but my RV states it's piping is safe to 55PSI and I would have adjusted it higher if the gauge would have allowed, but no dice, 40 PSI max with this thing. In sub-freezing temps, I had used a heated water line and insulated the gauge and spigot with an insulation sleeve. During this cold weather camping the gauge malfunctioned. Based on my estimates of water flow, I believe the regulator was still functioning as normal (40 PSI), but the gauge now read 80 PSI perpetually, even when it wasn't hooked up to a hose, it's now just stuck at 80 PSI whether under pressure or not). My overall impression is that the regulator itself is sturdy and built fairly well, but the features of this device (ability to adjust pressure, and gauge to see pressure) are cheep low quality parts which fail under minor stress. I'll be trying a different gauge this next go around.
