I bought this a couple of years ago and have recently used up the package, so it's time to get more. This worked extremely well for gaps in button-front shirts. The shirts are generally rayon or rayon blend, or cotton. I have also used it on a very thin cotton-silk blend shirt.The tape strips are packaged similar to a pack of gum, with individual pieces in the top and bottom flaps. Each piece reminds me of mounting tape -- it's not paper thin but is like a thin layer of sticky foam. Just peel off the paper on one side; place it on the fabric, press it down, then peel the other side and stick the fabric pieces together for a few seconds.It's pretty easy and quick when you're in a hurry, and the packaging makes it easy to throw in a bag when traveling too. The tape strip always holds until the end of the day and it sticks so well that I wear the shirt a second time (after spraying with my homemade garment freshener). I have never had the tape come undone, but have never had a problem when I peel it off before washing the shirt, either. I have not tried it for pants hems, but I probably should.If women's clothing manufacturers did a better job of making gapless shirts (and a bigger variety of pant inseams), I wouldn't need it, but until then, this is a fantastic solution. I highly recommend this.

I've been a huge fan of showstoppers for the past few years. I travel a lot and ALWAYS make sure that I have a pack of Showstoppers. A lot of my friends use them on their button down shirts to hide the gap that gets created, but I use mine for everything (and I mean everything) else. I've hemmed pants with them, use them to keep my bandeau bikini up, to hide my bra straps under my tank top... I love these things and have even used one as a make shift bandaid when I cut my finger badly in Central America. I've got my fellow travelers hooked on them too. Get inventive, there are endless possibilities!

I bought this double sided tape for my favorite wrap dress that kept falling open and exposing too much. I'm so glad I did! Super easy to apply and were a real "no show" through my thin dress. I went out for drinks, dinner and dancing, and ShowStoppers stayed in place (as did my wrap dress) all night! I will be buying more for me as well as for friends (as I had to brag about them to my dinner and dancing friends)! I plan to always have ShowStoppers on hand for my button front shirts (which can sometimes pull) and other clothes that need a little assistance. Thanks ShowStoppers! No more wardrobe malfunctions!

I love the size and have tried them twice with the same fabric. I used them to keep my bra straps from showing outside of my shirt straps. The one on the right side held but it didn't work on the left side both days. I am thinking it could be the fabric.

Great! I lost some weight before my wedding and I needed something heavy duty to hold that wedding dress up...it still didn't work as well as I had hoped but at the end of the day it kept my dress up without too much effort fro my end.

I'm not sure if I used these correctly or if my boobs are too big but they didn't work for me, I don't know if i am supposed to use them before putting on the clothes or after.

This tape works well and you can easily cut it in half if you need a smaller piece. I do wish it was a little thinner, because this tape is thick you can sometimes see it from a side view.

This is the worst clothing tape that I have yet to try. It has not worked on a single fabric/garment that I have tried to us it on. I'm not talking about trying to keep my chest from popping out of a too small blouse, either. Last weekend, I had a blouse that was too loose on the shoulders that I tried to tape into place on my shoulders. No luck. I was fidgeting with the blouse all night. I'll never buy another product from this company.
