Why do I have to pay for a book that my tax dollars paid to write??? I actually need the information for my work for the Navy, and I'm sure I'll be able to get a copy from a colleague. However, I really don't feel anyone should be profiting from the sale of a government document. This document is approved for unlimited distribution and should therefore be available on the web.

This "MANUAL" is nothing more than a printed pdf-file you can easily download from the net. The printing quality is very, very bad.It is defintely not worth buying!
