ANDYCINE A6 Pro DSLR Camera Field Monitor with F550 Battery, 5.5 Inch Touch Screen 1080P 4K HDMI with 3D LUT F970 External Kit Install

I used to have an atomos 7” recorder/monitor. Thing was nice, but so heavy and bulky. I then got a bmpcc 6k and didn’t need the atomos any more for recording, so I spent months looking for a new monitor that also wasn’t $500+. The reviews for this monitor online and in video form were good, especially for all the versions it comes in.I chose this version since it had the ability to add a wireless transmitter for video to it. I don’t need it right now but knowing it’s there when I do is great.The monitor is bright, light, lasts long with npf970 batteries and doesn’t feel super heavy with them. The larger batteries do affect the angle you can view it at, which is another issue I’ll cover.The monitor has focus peaking, zebras, lut options and so on. It’s easier to read the histogram on this monitor than on the bmpcc6k. I do wish the monitor would show if the camera is recording. Had one issue were the camera stopped and luckily I caught it but would be nice to see it on the monitor(probably a black magic issue though)My only gripe with this monitor is the mounting arm that is comes with. It’s seems I can only position the monitor in two ways and neither one is an easy angle to view. When I set up next time I’ll take video and update. But I can’t just attach the monitor then loosen a bolt some to rotate to my desired viewing angle.

new monitor! the Andycine a6 pro.. Can't wait to use it more.. before this one I was using a push button monitor and I found it highly annoying getting to the menus.. This one is a touch screen so it cuts setup times in half.. has false colors focus Peaking..And you can adjust the brightness on one side if you slide your finger up and down and you can adjust the volume on the right if you slide your finger up and down. No messing around with buttons.. the color matches what I see camera perfectly And I love the fact you can upload your own luts.. ..Really easy setup I can't wait to dig more into the menus..I'm not want to really push a product that I don't believe in I was not paid to do this I just post what I feel is good product.. I have a couple of their lights and I love the quality of their products.. quality products that won't break the bank are hard to come by nowadays...another plus is that you can use a battery bank to power it if you're off in the field..I was surprised how many things they were actually able to pack inside of the case they give you.. The battery as well as many other accessories.. The case is pretty high quality as well as everything inside of it..

The monitor is a snap to install and set up. It is very lightweight and doesn't upset the balance of the camera on the tripod. We still need to do some color-balancing between the Andycine A6 Pro and the viewscreen on the camera and learn where everything is in the A6's menu structure, but that will come with time.In general, everything about this is very nice, OTHER than the supplied case. It is, frankly, just too small. Yes, things will fit, but the fit is way too tight, and it's quite difficult to get the monitor out. We just don't use the case.Over all, we have no qualms about recommending this product.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a very good quality monitor for very good price. If you are recording video for YouTube it’s just must have tool. Finally you will be able to see yourself!!! If you are recording for your clients just buy it, trust me in your client’s eyes you will look way more pro! Touch screen is working well and colors are pretty accurate also you can download your own luts if you want. There just many useful tools but my favorite is focus picking. I always use only manual focus so with focus picking my life becomes a little bit easier

The media could not be loaded.  The screens on my lumix G7 and G85 are tiny and I have TERRIBLE eyesight lol. So i looked for a solution that wouldnt break the bank and came across this guy. It 100% has more features than I need. Like being able to add custom LUTS and its touch screen. It came ready to go out of the box with a fully charged battery. The screen itself is super vibrant. I’m excited to start making more videos and know they are not going to be blurry, because I can actually see myself lol. For the price and for what I got in the kit, it’s worth every penny. One of my dislikes is that the screen fits too snug into the case and it’s hard to pull it out. Also would like a guide on how to install the LUTS. But the menu seems easy enough to navigate to figure it out!I’ll post updates as time goes by 😁

Say goodbye to your tiny stock camera monitor. The picture quality of this device is unmatched and for someone on a budget you can't beat the price with all the features and extras. The ability to upload and preview LUTs is SO exciting and the amount of customization in the UI is incredible. If you're new to videography and on a budget this is a MUST HAVE!

I received the initial order and the monitor frame was broken and case filthy. Asked for a replacement and case shows its been used and filthy again. Highly disappointed. Will be requesting refund.

Ease of use, accurate touch screen, and LUT preview. Makes these monitor the perfect monitor. I’ve had tons of monitors but this one is by far my favorite.
