It’s on the softer side but it’s comfortable and sturdy. I use this for sighted flute bridges as the metal bar used to cause redness and pain right above my thighs (despite wearing joggers), now I don’t get redness and pain is insignificant - Does it’s job!

I purchased this as I've broken my neck and it's pretty sore. I've been trying to get back into the gym but having a barbell across my shoulders hurt, and I couldn't get a towel to stay in place.I thought this might work. It certainly took some of the pressure off my neck/shoulders but it is bulky so I felt like it was pulling my arms back.I've started using the velcro straps to hold a towel on.My advice is to just get some cheap velcro and use that with a towel instead!
