Genuine Tone Ninja 19:1 Locking Tuners, 3x3 set, Black

First set I received was defective. The head turned but the post did not, so couldn't tune. The replacement set was either poorly coated or used or both. The black coating is chipping off the tuning posts around the sting holes. The second set did actually turn and tune, but they look old and beat up. Buyer beware.

Wonderful tuners, super quick install on Schecter KM6 MKIII. Hold tune very well, quality made. Use the original screws from your existing tuners as the ones that come with are a bit longer.

Used on Epiphone Les Paul, fit perfectly, works well. I like the larger knob for tightening the lock on the string.

Smooth, well made tuners. These are hard to beat for the price. I have been using hipshots but they are more expensive.

I bought these to replace the non-locking stock tuners on an Ibanez AMH90. The stock tuners were OK, but I wanted a higher gear ratio, and locking tuners make string changes much easier.I didn't want to spend a ton of money, but I wanted decent quality. I did some research and found that Tone Ninja tuners are made by a reputable Korean company, so I gave them a shot - and they're great!No issues at all. They were a drop-in replacement for the stock tuners on the Ibanez, so installation was very easy. The locking mechanism works fine, they turn smoothly and the 19:1 gear ratio is immediately noticeable.I have locking tuners by Fender, Hipshot and G&L. Of these the Hipshot & G&L probably have the best fit & finish, but I'd put the Fender and Tone Ninja only slightly behind them - and they all work very well.I'm very happy with this purchase and I would gladly buy them again.

I have hipshot tuners on all of my other setups. This is a miniature Ibanez acoustic and I for that reason i didnt want to spend hipshot kinda money. The tuners fit without modifactions. The construction is comparable and the finish is nicer than the hipshots. Thanks for a good experience.
