This product is great! I paid over $600 to have a guy come and install another product on my patio, and it looked horrible! I'm selling my house, and I had an inspector coming out in five days, so I had to take it down and find something else quickly. This came in a couple of days and it looks fantastic! It provides great shade and the material is excellent quality. It was a foot too long for the patio, but it was easy to fold over and tack down. My husband was able to put it up in a few hours.

The quality of the tarps is OK. They provide good sun filtering and shade and can withstand high wind gusts although some of the eyelets have already started to detach from the fabric. The only big gripe I have is that one of the tarps was 12 X 16 and not 12 X 18, about two feet smaller than the other one when I ordered two of the same size. Because I needed them two days after they were delivered, I could not return them and had to make do with what was sent. Otherwise, I will order more if I need to, and hopefully the desired size would be correct the next time.

Fits on my 12 x 18 awning nicely. Had to stretch it tight in some spots, but it covers the whole area well, with no sagging. I'm just bummed they're not selling these anymore, becasue I'd like to buy a few more for when this eventually wears out. Solid product and it does the job.
