Fault within a few weeks. Piece of rubbish.

This is far, far too slow to be any use for any practical purpose. If you're upgrading from a 486 you might be impressed but otherwise avoid.I'm sure the higher end surface devices are great, but this one really isn't.

My initial comments are it is not very slick, in terms of functionality or connectivity, while the battery life is not that great.

Product is good only issue is the speakers are giving off light pops. Ive played a lot of YouTube videos and music so I know its not just in the video, quite disappointing because this is a brand new product apparently. Item is clearly resealed as the plastic wrap was loose. Labels on the box and wrap were different. Kinda throws me off because i cant return it as i have to use it everyday for college and cant be sat waiting for a replacement.

Great product runs nicely and fast

It is a full Windows computer. The Surface Go are not power horses, so don't use it to launch rockets to the moon. But for email, social media, writing, watching videos and the like, it is great. This is smaller than regular Surface Pros, or a laptop, so the keyboard is tight. I bought mine for the items I listed above, especially using MS Word to write when I am on the go. Works great at coffee shops, doesn't take up much room.

When I was upgrading from my Surface Go original, I looked at comparisons of the 2 and 3. Since the 3 was a minor upgrade from the 2, I saved a few hundred bucks by buying the 2. I haven't been disappointed! I began by using it for research and writing at the National Gallery of Art in DC, but it worked so well it's now my primary computer at home as well. Of course, I'm not a gamer, and I don't edit videos, etc. I primarily use Word and Note, , Gmail and Chrome, and do online research. I just slip it easily into a small computer bag to take on the road and put it back on my desk at home. Works like a dream. I also use the stylus all the time to write comments on PDFs and Word documents. Totally satisfied that I didn't pay extra for specs and capabilities (and weight) I didn't need.

What you get is a REFURBISHED Microsoft Surface Go 2 in refurbished product packaging. The price is okay, for a NEW Surface Go 2 as the product description states in capital letters. The price should be adjusted for a Surface Go 2.that has been repaired. in my case, the repair was not so great and the speakers do not work well compared to a NEW Surface Go 2 in original packaging which I have had, used, and enjoyed. Steer clear of products on Amazon that say "NEW".
