can bad pieces be removed during sorting.
I am not sharing this to get a refund but just to state if it is possible for you all to try and find a mechanism to take out the bad pieces during sorting and packing. This can help in sending these to the customers. Think if a customer orders only little quantity and few pieces ends up going bad then you can't make a full dish with the remaining. Try to see what can be done.
