Very nice design, that works as intended. I bought the medium size band. I have a 6 1/2 inch circumference wrist and the band fits around it completely with enough length left for all of the velcro to make contact and some. Only problem with this size(medium band) is if you have a hand large enough to just hold a basketball like mine the band will just fit around it, any larger and it wont fit around your hand(the band does have some stretch though).Otherwise I gave this four stars because in not sure hot it will hold up to use as I have not ran with it yet.So far I would recommend it.

Might be a little critical because this really could be 5 stars. It’s very, very easy to install. Great instruction and nifty design. The first thing I noticed is the strap can be on the small size. I ordered a medium and maybe should have got a large but would rather prefer to error tighter. Good thing is it’s just the right amount of stretchy.My big hold up on a 5 star is they way it’s designed I can’t undo the strap to wrap it around my bike’s handlebars. When I ride I don’t want it on my wrist and will commonly move it to my wrist when I get off to run. If there was a way to quickly unstrap it, and move it it would be absolutely perfect.

Worked well for my GPS watch/heart rate monitor. Older unit, plastic strap broke and this provided the perfect solution to the problem. Strap is stranded and not plastic. Will last quite a bit longer and not become brittle and crack now.
