Great security system. Has all the security functions I was looking for
Great diy security system for basic home monitoring. Seamless integration with the Eufy ecosystem. The homemade works great with notifications including a siren. The keypad is easy to use and set up. Door and motion sensors work seamlessly together.

Great for small apartments
This system is a great option for small apartments. The app interface is easy to navigate and has customizable security settings for all devices. The alarm is loud, especially in a small space. I’d imagine the complaints of inadequate volume apply more in a larger space. It is a self-monitoring system and does require WiFi, but it will still notify you when you’re away from home. All and all, it’s an easy and affordable way to have peace of mind.

NO BS, NO MONTHLY FEES, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Glitches here and there :(
Want a security system YOU control with the OPTION for proffesional surveillance and NO MANDATORY monthly fines? You've found your place. I was even happier to know they are connected with ANKER. The amazing tech company I can't stop applauding. (I know them best for power banks and earbuds)Alas, you're here for a real review, so here is why I marked 4 STARS.PLEASE NOTE: I started with two 2k solocams. PRIOR to this keypad security kit. I haven't been this excited about a product in years. In fact I hardly EVER make reviews. It sounds too good to be true. The price... the no monthly fees... down to the easy accessibility from my phone. Lets just say it isn't all easy though. Upon setting up the security system with the keypad like above, it refused to connect to my cameras saying "add homebase before adding" which i very much had attached to my account. After several hours on the app intermittently, i threw up the white towel and called the company for assistance. They had an option to call back rather than me wait. Thank goodness too! Life comes at ya fast!Anyways, after a pleasant conversation with a representative and some renewed braincells, It was concluded that I had 2k solocams with a homebase 2 which wasn't compatible... bummer but not the end of the world. The cameras still work and I still get notifications for anything detected or look when I please. The only downside is that it's not grouped together in the commands with the homebase 2. Later on though, and the biggest contribution to the lost star, the motion sensor with the security kit didn't connect like the door sensors... similar to the cameras it kept saying "add a homebase" so I assumed it wasn't compatible either. Until I tried again a few days later and it was connected in a matter of seconds. It sounds like a glitch that my account didn't recognize my homebase. Hopefully when I can get a homebase 3 that issue was taken out! I love the service so far and can't wait to decorate my house with all the lovely additions! I'm raving to everyone! Just be sure to check compatabilities.

Great security system for apartments and small spaces.
After almost a year of use of Eufy alarm system I would say its a great system for limited purpose. It will NOT replace an exterior alarm system. The sound of the alarm is low, which is great for apartments or if the use will be more for monitoring than deterrence. Here I share some pros and cons.Pros:• Door sensor can be used as door chime.• Easy and quick setup.• Small and lightweight.• Quickly notify any setup event to the phone. Even when the Homebase is not working properly (see cons). i.e. if a door is opened a notification is received within a second.• Schedule modes, setup multiple users/ passwords.Cons:• Homebase reliability: Once in a while I have had to restart the Homebase because the chimes are not working. I have been unable to restart the homebase thru the App even though it has an option.• Automation limitations: Some devices can be linked to the Homebase, others can not. Read carefully before purchasing. But it is easy to control each device within the App.

Easy to install and setup, a great DIY solution for the price
I purchased this alarm kit since I own a set of eufycam 2C at home. The good thing is I can use my existing home base to add this alarm system under the same eco-system. This alarm kit is easy to install and setup. The quality is solid. So far, everything works well, tried the alarm, and it sounds loud. Besides, it seems the battery life of the motion sensor and the entry sensor is quite long, which is good considering the price point. No monthly fee is good. The eufy security app is easy to use as well. The only complaint so far is that the eufy home alarm kit has not added any options of 24/7 professional monitoring services. I really hope eufy can add this feature in the future because I do wish there is a professional team that can back me up in case something bad happens. Overall, this product is good and very easy to install and setup. This is a good option for DIY home alarm systems for the price.
