Got this to work on with my therapist and it’s amazing. I love that it’s not just one thing and covers so many areas. Really recommend. Easy to follow on own too.

Great to use with clients!!!
I have found this workbook to be an amazing addition to therapy for clients learning to build a new relationship with OCD. The writer is compassionate and clear in her approach, and builds the skills necessary to manage exposure. I recommend this resource to friends with OCD and therapists who work with clients with OCD. Honestly, while it's geared to working with OCD, it could really be helpful for anyone with anxiety, or even OCD like symptoms.

Great resource for OCD and anxiety
I have severe OCD and have tried many different workbooks. This is by far the best. It combines many different tools to give you a well-balanced approach to tackling OCD. The tools in this book can also be effectively applied to any anxiety disorder. I highly recommend it!

The most exceptional book on OCD
I have read many books about OCD, tried several techniques, and I have to say this is by far the most practical workbook I have found. The author is exceptional, and she is compassionately tuned in to how the OCD mind operates. I use her cognitive defusion and other helpful techniques all the time. They are highly effective and I cannot recommend them enough! If I am having a particularly difficult day, all I have to do is pick up this book and refresh the skills I have learned. Then I feel so much better once again in my grounded and peaceful mind.

Learned some things
I enjoyed learning some of the things I could relate to and that was helpful. However, I found this to be very confusing, because I am learning more about ocd. If I were in medical school, a physician or in the mental health field, I would probably understand better. I found most of it too clinically written.

Helpful exposure examples
Easily understood and practiced. Helps you to think about what's valuable in life. Good work for OCD. Maybe some more on real event OCD needed
