I like how these feel. Doesn’t irritate my skin. The adhesive on the wings never stick on the one side though. I would call these more of a long super for daytime rather than overnight as they are the same size as the Stayfree extra long supers which I can no longer find. I don’t think I’d trust them for overnight with a heavy flow.

The wings DO NOT STICK and they are small so there is leakage. The back isn't long enough so I would not attempt these at night but day time sitting upright they are ok and absorbent. They are pretty thick so not like the super thin ones like always. They are also warmer because its polypropylene so it feel more like fabric than a plastic cover like always. They are comfy though. I wish they would take the blue dye out of them it's not necessary and adds onto the chemicals that are that close to your body. The "wrapper" is like a very thin gauzy, flimsy netting like material that once you rip open to get the pad out you are no longer able to use it to discard the old pad in it. So it's a waste of TP to wrap these in when other brands have the wrapper to use.

This review is for the Kotex security feminine pads with wings. These pads are like premium quality, they look and feel like cotton and are the most comfortable pads on the market, which also happen to be very affordable. These pads are like a gift, I enjoy opening them and feeling content that I have something that is super absorbent, knowing I won't leak all day and knowing it will not give me a rash. I have progesterone dermatitis and every time I get my period I would always have bumps and painful rashes and this soothes my pain, because the material is so breathable and made comfortably without the feeling of plastic on the corners, like those of other pads. I wear these pads for my entire cycle, I have very heavy periods, and these are the best. Never will go back to "always " or other cheaper brands. The money is well spent. I love these pads!!!!!! :)

Haven’t used these ones yet. I have used others tho! The heavy and the next size up from these.So comfortable. Definitely making the switch from always to these. Cotton is so much nicer feeling than the plastic feel of the always. Typically only wear pads to bed when on my period, but bc of PP I am wearing them 24/7. The cotton is a game changer for this!!!

Overall in terms of protection and the comfort of use these are 5 out of 5 starts. The pad is long enough for sleeping, and the lining material is non-plastic. You feel safe while wearing one of these. The only thing I didn't like, and that's a lifestyle preference, but if I'm traveling somewhere where I may not have access to modern comforts of hygiene or sanitation, I prefer my pads to be packaged in plastic instead of very thin and permeable cloth. I may need to place a pad on an unclean surface, and with plastic packaging there is a barrier between the germs and the underside of the pad. If you're going to be keeping these in your bathroom, then, of course, the packaging won't matter.

This is an excellent brand. I have tried many other types of feminine pads and I always come back to this one. If you need overnight protection, this works wonders and you can sleep without worrying about leakages. It absorbs well and is very comfortable (not bulky). If you are wondering if this will suit your needs, give it a try, you would not be disappointed.
