Update since using this, I don't even have to call my pup to clean his teeth. He comes and jumps in my lap as soon as I open the jar of finger wipes. This stuff must be delicious. He also stays in my lap for a while after I finish, to cuddle. He's never been such a lap dogMy peek was already used to having his teeth cleaned before bed. He would come when I called him and climb on top of me. I lay in bed to clean his teeth. That way I can see in his mouth. The bedside lamps light it up in there. He has always came to get them cleaned, but sometimes clearly reluctantly. I use the little cloth finger puppet style cleaners. I decided to add Toothpaste to the regimen and it must be tasty. Now he climbs on top of me as soon as I start opening the jar of finger wipes. I have to add Toothpaste with him on top of me. He won't wait to be called. In addition to tasting great, I do think I see better results cleaning. The vanilla mint smells pleasant too.

Hard to brush teeth and this is sticky, gets in my dogs hair around mouth. Learning how to brush a dogs teeth is a process, getting them to open mouth so you can put brush or finger in is a skill...

I’m a professional dog groomer and I HIGHLY recommend this toothpaste! It’s a bit thicker than your normal toothpaste but that’s perfectly normal! It being enzymatic means it’ll slowly break down the tartar just by being on the teeth! No need to brush rigorously and hurt your dog’s gums. Will be buying again!

Our Labrador Retriever has been using the toothpaste for years and loves it.
