Not just for camping!
Not just for camping! Working long hours as a maintenance engineer doing a lot of drive on occasion you get a little drowsy and it can be uncomfortable trying to get 40 winks sitting behind the wheel. So i thought I'd give this a try. The back of my van is just long enough (Citroen Dispatch L2) to hang corner to corner. Just right and give you those few minute you need to revive yourself and as it clips in and out in seconds and packs away into a small pouch for storage its just the job.

Love it!
Independent Wolf Ultralight Portable Nylon Camping Hammock with Adjustable Tree Straps & Carabiners - Great for Travel, Backpacking and Hiking I ordered the red and black hammock and I love it for many good reasons. It arrived in time and it’s exactly as it looks on Amazon. I am amazed by how lightweight the hammock is; the manufacturer says it weighs 28 oz but honestly it’s incredibly lightweight. The hammock is compact and it easily sneaked into my backpack taking quite little amount of space. It comes in a waterproof packaging and everything needed for quick set up including 2.5m long adjustable tree straps. The carabiners are also strong enough and they hold up well.I am 5’ 10’’ and I felt engulfed in the hammock so I must say it’s roomy enough to accommodate even larger and taller guys. It’s also extremely comfortable to sleep in. Furthermore, the parachute nylon material is not only light but it’s quite sturdy am sure the hammock will last through several hikes. And I think by the fact that its triple seamed also adds to the overall toughness of this hammock. The hammock folds up with ease so packing it away can never be a big deal. Ooh! The box also contains a quick guide to help with things around specifically ‘how to set me up’. It’s so easy to follow especially for novice hikers. As far as you don’t stack over 440 lbs and you handwash only, this hammock is ready to go. Great, great buy and I highly recommend this Independent Wolf hammock for travel, hiking and backpacking adventures.

I LOVE that everything fits into the attached stuff sack
I just got my Independent Wolf hammock in orange and haven’t spent the night in it yet, but here are my initial impressions. First, I LOVE that everything fits into the attached stuff sack. I have other hammocks whose straps don’t fit into the stuff sack, and there’s nothing worse at the end of the day than trying to find your hammock straps buried in your pack. This was a great idea. The straps themselves are thinner and therefore lighter than another set of tree-friendly straps I have, and they don’t have the “pockets” on the end of the loops for a little extra give, but the stitching seems super strong on first hang, and I love the fact they’re a little lighter while still being kind to trees. The fabric is standard parachute hammock material, and the colors on the trim are wider than some other hammocks. The seams are triple-sewn so I’m not worried about any tears. The carabiners are smaller than most I’ve seen, also contributing to a lighter pack weight.I’m 5’3” and can comfortably sit across as well as lay down and toss a side over me, which is great for a single-sized hammock (I like to create a little cocoon whilst sleeping). The stuff sack doesn’t have a compression strap, but that also takes off some weight, and it still packs down pretty small. I’ll be taking my Independent Wolf hammock out on a month-long thru-hike over the summer and will update my review after I’ve spent those weeks sleeping in it in the mountains so I can speak to its durability. On first hang, I love the lighter weight and all-encompassing package so I’m never without all the parts I need for a rest stop at any time.

Big up, fantastic product.
Fantastic product, use it for sleeping in while wild camping and a resting spot when hiking. Super lightweight and comfortable, comes with long webbing to attach too. Company is a delight to communicate with, and I will be purchasing again from them soon.

Top hammock with everything you need already included.
I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but my search for a simple thing like a hammock got me infuriated, so here it goes.I found myself in a need of a hammock, so obviously I went to Google to read a couple of reviews. All of the top brands like ENO or Serac cost a bit more than I was willing to pay.I really didn’t want to shell out 40 or 50 quid for a hammock I’m only going to use once or twice.A few of them did not even include the straps needed to use their hammock. What a ripoff!I called a friend who’s a hiking, camping, and everything outdoors freak. He recommended me the Independent Wolf brand hammock, saying that not only is it as durable and as good as the top end brands, but it comes with straps already included.Whereas a few of the other brands will sell you a hammock and then, you’ll find out that you need to buy the straps separately as well.I've used it around 10 times this summer already. It's easy to set up and a joy to chill in.Oh, and I almost forgot. This hammock comes with a cute instruction card inside. There's even a checklist for your traveling goals, plus a few suggestions.I appreciate the extra thought.

I've always been pretty intimidated by hammocks
I've always been pretty intimidated by hammocks. I hadn't purchased one before because I wasn't sure what brand to buy or if I'd even be able to put it together myself. I was ecstatic to receive this in the mail. It was super easy to put up and I was surprised by how comfortable it was. I've sat in a few hammocks before and most of the time the material was a little rough. I can confidently say I would sleep in this thing and not have a single issue. Along with that, it comes in one singular bag, how much more simple can ya get? Would 10/10 recommend this hammock.
