It's true to the picture. However the way it was packaged ruined the floppy part of the hat-- it was pretty much stuffed into a small box and now the brim is wrinkled. Weeks later, it's still wrinkled. It's sad when poor packaging happens to a good hat. :(

Super cute hat, just alittle warm for summer time

The hat was exactly as you see on the picture,it's very sturdy,fits great & looks really cute on!The way it's packaged in shipping could improve but I sprayed it down with water,let it dry flat & good as new.

The brim is floppier than I would have preferred (and what it seemed in the picture), but since I was cutting it up for a costume anyways it works just fine.

I wanted to save some $ ordering this hat rather than getting an expensive identical-looking American Apparel one. Well, now I'm $13 bucks lighter and in moral pain over the useless purchase. The shape of the hat was destroyed due to the careless packaging. A round wool hat in the small rectangular box is a very bad idea. Of course, the hat will arrive wrinkled and creased.I'm not sure of other possible uses of this purchase, but I'd give it as a birthday gift to my enemy if I had one.

It arrived very creased all over. It appears that this happened in in he mail. I think it should be mailed in a box instead of a bag. It costs more to return it to China so I have to keep it. Maybe I can find a place to restore it. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars.
