Parfait pour commencer les entraînements au poids du corps
J'ai acheté la bande noire pour m'aider à progresser pendant l'exercice de répulsions sur les barres parallèles (dips) et la bande violette pour apprendre à faire des tractions en pronation (pull-up). Les bandes sont aussi parfaites pour effectuer des exercices classiques de résistance quand on voyage et on ne souhaite pas emporter sa batterie de haltères. Elles ne prennent pas beaucoup de place dans la valise. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat (livré un jour avant la date prévue initialement).

Decent band, better than the cheap elastic ones.
Works well, was what I was looking for. Will need to upgrade soon as it's a little easier than I thought. Happy with it.
