Brilliant card, for me doesn't even reach over 50 degrees in 4K VR. Stable, cool and performs well. Fans are little noisy but tolerable

Bought to deal with 1920x 1080p
If you look at this 5000 series of Radeon graphics cards they are spaced at about £100 apart. I have bought a Mac mini and an Eizo 2360, which is max 1920 x 1200. Next I bought a Sonnet breakaway 550 PSU. This graphics card operates at a maximum of 350 watts so I should be within the operating limits. Why buy the Sonnet - because it is much lighter than the Razer core. The Mac mini is a humble 1.3 but it will get 32 gb ram. So I am hoping this set up will render reasonably quickly without frying itself. I will be sticking to 1080 since 4K at the moment is expensive to deal with. I want to use this for editing Video obtained from Canon M200 and M100 on feiyutech G6 plus and zhiyun crane v2 gimbals using sigma F1.4 lenses although I think the 16 mm will only work on the zhiyun. For my audio I will use an Olympus PS4 or voice over through a Yamaha AG03 Using an AT2020. After years of slavishly buying adobe, I am giving up and sticking to I-Movie and Affinity. I could have thrown money at the problem but I don’t like to, instead I like a simple Workmanlike solution that is low cost relatively speaking. That is where the Radeon 5500 comes in and Sapphire have a good reputation.
