Great customer service
We purchased the rainfall shower last April and all was good. We were very very happy with the product and it's feature. Then the shower handle came off and I though well this is going to be a problem but no it was a simple fix and the seller quickly sent us the replacement part.When you purchase online you never know what support you are getting but this was a pleasure, and I would recommend the product again.I only gave it 4 stars because it broke. Hopefully there will be no other problems for years to come.

Rain SHOWER Wand
The media could not be loaded. We installed this product in our new bathroom install. Works great however the wand started leaking about 8 months later. I called costumer service and the company replaced the wand, no charge and came in a few days. There is a life time warranty and I would chose and recommend this product again. The manufacturer also followed up with a call to make sure we received the product. Extremely east to assemble.

Rain Shower with handle
Shower Handle broke while installing but got it replaced at no cost. Perfect match with black matte. Shower head has good water coverage so you don’t feel cold while your taking a shower. Very happy with the finished project.

Make sure it fit your shower setting before purchase.
the shower handle was leaking as soon as it was install, i requested the distributor to send me a new handle and it work good so far.
