I am learning a 3d modeling program that has the settings for an actual 3d effect. They worked better than I anticipated and the cost for them made the image “test” well worth it.

old 3d still can rock with popcorn ...
i saw these and decided to try them and they work great with the old style 3d films, and also on youtube if you wear these and do search on youtube theres loads of 3d videos the 3d really does work and these also some mods to turn older games into 3d using the process,,,i give them full 5 stars, when you get a pair watch the you tube videos and be amazed some pop right out at you like this one guy who does a lab using the old process,, they also worked with my 2 newer films ,,, friday the 13th part 3 in 3d,,,,and my bloody valentine the remake ,,,for the price the 3d is not bad at all and theres 10 in the pack each has a plastic sleve to store them till you need em...

Good, but wasn't the right shading on FRIDAY THE 13th 3D -
Got these for a FRIDAY THE 13TH 3D viewing party - the area of the material is a bit small and the shading was a little different from the FRIDAY movie official glasses so they were definitely ok but a little small and didn't work perfectly on FRIDAY 3D as I would've hoped but it could be just that movie. Get the official ones instead for FRIDAY on Amazon - they sell like 3 pairs for 5/6 bucks.

True red-cyan coloration that works well with red-cyan anaglyphs
These are true red-cyan (as opposed to red-blue) and they do a great job with 3D stereo anaglyphs produced by StereoPicture Maker. I wear eyeglasses normally and am able to just slip the side pieces over the side pieces of my glasses, just barely long enough to reach my ears, but they do stay on and work well for me to view images. Hard to beat for 50 cents a pair.

bad red lenses
These don't work for any anaglyphs out there. The red is off so no matter what kind of graphic you're looking at there's a haze where the red doesn't overlap.

They work great with the anaglyph 3D movies and shows I have. Just like the good ol’ ones I’d get when I was a kid. Work great. Perfect Red and Cyan
