I love it. It's compact, it looks great, it's fairly easy to clean. I use it for kombucha, but I stopped using the spigot because the yeast string get stuck in the filter (great filter for other uses though!), but it's still perfect for what I need. The stand that comes with it keeps it off the counter top and I can store a little bit of stuff beneath it too.

Love it! This dispenser was exactly what I was looking for- great looking and fit my decor perfect. But the absolute best part is this company’s customer service!I was disappointed when after only 2 uses the glass dispenser broke. I contacted the seller who responded very timely. In less than 1 week a replacement was delivered! Thank you, thank you- you guys absolutely know how to treat your customers. Would definitely purchase from you again!

First, this drink dispenser is the best I’ve ever had, and probably the last one I’ll need to get. It’s sturdy glass, has a durable sealed spout, with a strong easy to move stand.Second, the company, Paddington Hill, has integrity. It arrived with a broken jar, so the company immediately sent me another one after I contacted them. Yes, it costs a few dollars more, but will last a lot longer.

I washed and put this together following the directions, it said to tighten the nut until it was tight and I noticed (before it was fully tightened) that there were tiny cracks around the spigot hole. If the directions had said to maybe hand tighten or to not over tighten it would have prevented this, I think, so be aware when you’re assembling this. I haven’t noticed any leaks yet, and hopefully it doesn’t, but I will contact the company if it does.

The media could not be loaded.  The first time I ordered the product it arrived with one of the mugs broken, so I returned the item because it was broken.The second time, to replace the broken one, it arrived again one month broken and upon evaluation I noticed the water dispenser itself had a hairline crack in the bottom. I hung on to this one and just reordered again hoping that enough parts would arrive that I could have one full set and send back anything that was broken as a full set.I really wanted this item to work because it looks amazing I love it, so I tried a third time to order it.The third one arrived, both bugs were okay, but the same hairline crack was in the bottom of the water dispenser. It is the perfect size. I purchased this just for a special brunch party I held last weekend. The directions for the spigot were easy to understand. The metal and glass do not leak at all. I wasn’t smart enough to know, however, that the OJ in my punch recipe must NOT contain pulp. We had to ladle out the punch. Pulp immediately plugged up the spout. My bad. Next time, I’ll know.

This is a great drink dispenser. Because it is glass, it keeps the drinks very cold even for a time after the ice melts. The only thing I wish it had is a metal stand that would be high enough to put a quart size jar underneath the spicket. You need to have it close to a sink or over the edge of the counter to fill your drink containers.I would buy it again.

We bought this for our wedding in March of 2020, which Corona Virus efficiently ruined. Instead of 40 guests at our backyard wedding, we only had 10. Even so, we're happy we bought it.I love the infuser and we use the two mason jar mugs with stainless steel straws daily. I've even put loose leaf tea bags inside the infuser to make sun tea.Good product!
