If you have can lighting, this is what you want
Our house has 10ft ceilings and a million canned lights... I just wanted it for the gripper thing and though it was more expensive than some others I crossed my fingers and got it. It's perfect. You can easily reach in and grip them to spin off, bring down, pop new light in and bring back up and screw in.Was pleasantly surprised for once something working better than described. If you don't want to have a ladder and have high ceilings, you won't be disappointed.

Pole sections started not locking after changing 4 or 5 bulbs and the pole was unusable after 7 or 8 bulb changes

It worked!
Made it easy to change lights in my 30ft ceiling. I was nervous that it wouldn’t work and I’d break lights… But it worked!! Science is so cool sometimes!

Make sure the item saids it will change LED bulbs
I brought this to change the corn Cobb LED bulb in my night light, it is 20' high. The Pole is too weak at that height to remove the blub, besides that it wouldn't gripp the bulb. This bulb changer is useless for the purpose that I brought it for. Sorry for the bad review. Do you have another Head for a 120 watt corn cob LED bulb. I could climb part way up a latter so I don't have to extend the Pole to far.
