Best mirror/cosmetic tool Ive ever used! While it analyzes every aspect of my skin and recommends things that will assist in my beauty and skin care needs, I can select my lighting preference while using its bluetooth feature to connect to my favorite rooms to fit my cosmetic mood in that moment. One of my favorite and most used features is connecting it via bluetooth to watch my favorite make up tutorials on 1 side of the mirror while I attempt to recreate the same look on me simultaneously. There is nothing I’m not in love with about this item. I say item because it is so very much more than just a mirror. Did I mention it’s password protected along with the option of fave recognition? How about the fact that it turns on by saying “Hi Mirror”. LOVE LOVE LOVE

READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS - They are there for a reason. Seriously. If you decide to take a chance, just be prepared to know that you will NOT be able to contact customer service until you create an "account" which basically gives them all your personal information.Right out of the box the boot up is slow, the touch sensitivity is weak and non-responsive. The software shipped was outdated and you can "download" a 1280 Mb "update" - but it will take you 8 hours (I have GB internet speed) from their servers, and then it won't work anyway.The system is clunky, the app itself on the mirror is extremely limited. I know you can open up more functionality with the companion iOS app, but that's moot if you cannot get the actual MIRROR to function properly.So, my experience as a somewhat tech-savvy person was of complete disbelief that ANY company could put out such poor quality. No quality control. No customer support (unless you "sign up") and zero ability to trouble shoot.THERE ARE NO DIRECTIONS. So, if you take a chance on purchasing this overpriced plastic mirror, just know that you're on your own unless you don't mind giving your personal information away in order to troubleshoot a poor product that you'll end up returning and never want another one (and they'll have all your personal info)BUYER BEWARE - I'm serious.... you should believe all the bad reviews.

I loved the idea of a tablet and mirror all in one for my wife. The mirror itself is great the lights are also bright enough to light a room and the speakers on it are...well tablet speakers so they're fine but nothing special. Thats about where the good ends. The tablet itself if just some Chinese knockoff android tablet that feels like it was made in 2013 it's slow clunky and feels like it's whole job is to spy on you. Once you get it turned on and connected to wifi to forces you to make an account with their random service that is no doubt selling every piece of you data it finds and thats how you have to sign into every time you restart it and you have to sign into it to use the lights because every thing is controlled from the tablet. There are a few cool apps but for the most part they are all so old that they aren't function unless it's the apps from the unknown company. I wanted my wife to be able to watch any tutorial she wanted on it while she followed along but the thing is so old the pre-installed Youtube app wouldn't even load. Over all it's a novelty mirror at this point that she doesn't even use. She even had me mount a bigger mirror to the wall and add lights around it so she doesn't have to use it. Do yourself a favor and skip this one and hope that a bigger brand makes a better one or try to make one yourself.

It does everything at say it does it haven't fully explored it yet.i didnt like the fact that it was documenting every conversation I was having.the alexa app .i think u can take that off though im unsure i wont be keeping it .

This has been a really awesome addition to my beauty routine! Works as advertised, pretty intuitive to use, haven’t experienced any issues.Like I imagine many others, I found out about this mirror through a TikTok video and was instantly intrigued. The skin analyzer was the main reason I chose to buy this and I can say that I haven’t been disappointed. It really helps me better understand how my skin is being affected by the different products I use, especially on days where I change up my routine. I have also been enjoying watch YouTube videos on here...if you’re like me and like watching YouTube while you get ready it’s a more convenient way to do so without draining your phone battery. The makeup lights get really bright so that’s great, and the speaker is nice and loud. I will say that the magnifier is a DIGITAL magnifier through the camera...so if you require magnification while applying makeup due to eyesight issues, consider this before purchasing.All in all, this has been a lot of fun to use and I’d definitely recommend taking the plunge if you’ve been thinking of one.

I Love my mirror. There's 2 issues that I am having. 1, I didn't realize that it isn't rechargeable and 2 the stand isn't adjustable, it has one lean and it is too far back for me. I have to put the stand on a notebook to make it the correct angle. The speaker is pretty loud and just being able to watch my influencers or listen at music at the same time is a plus!
