Im a man. I dont know anything about skin. I read up on my condition. It was KP. All along my arms. Since I was in my teens. It's really good. I absolutely love the personal note they enclosed. It actually kind of brought a tear to my eye. They are confident in their product, and you dont see such a personal touch. Everything is automated. When I saw them offering FBM I sort of was hesitant. They hand wrote my name - along with a nice little note. That was fantastic and a surprise. I did want to just say, that the product works. I use it in combination with SA Lotion (Salacytic acid) for Bumpy Rough Skin. Combined, it clears it up twice as fast no joke. Great company. I'm about to buy it again. Nov 19 - from Fort Mill, SC.

I had keratosis pilaris for years and I haven’t yet been able to find anything that truly feels good going on, moisturizes the skin, and helps smooth out the rough bumps. KPAway did all 3 and I am beyond pleased with the results. I intend to continue using KPAway and they just acquired a loyal customer!

I have never written a review in my time as an amazon shopper but felt compelled to share my very positive experience with this product. My two year old daughter has had reasonably severe KP since she was around 6 months and nothing has worked. At this point, I have spent hundreds (possibly thousands) on different creams, oils, scrubs, supplements, etc. Most of the other creams on the market for this type of skin condition contain all sorts of nasties I didn't want to put on her skin regularly. I have also spent hours and hours researching how to calm her skin, spoken to multiple pediatricians and even taken her to see the dermatologist. If her KP was a 9/10 in severity when we started this cream, it is now a 3/4 - and we've just finished the second month (I read that you need to apply daily for about three months to see the full effects - it works gradually). Her KP is not really noticeable most of the time now. Let me also say that this product is not greasy and easy to apply. So happy to have this lifesaver of a product... thank you SO MUCH to the brilliant dermatologists / formulators of this product. Absolutely thrilled.

I really like this cream and have been using for more than a year. I have found that it does work to reduce KP but it takes time to completely remove the KP. What you will see soon (1-3 months) is your skin get softer and the bumps stop growing but then over time existing KP will get smaller and slowly vanish. I plan to keep using this cream for the foreseeable future because its not harsh and it works better than anything else out there for eliminating KP.

I have been using KP away for a little over 3 weeks now and the difference in my skin is amazing!!! In just these past few weeks it has helped reduce the dryness, redness and bumps on my forehead and I couldn't be more impressed!! I especially love how there are very few ingredients and I was shocked to see how much product was in the jar...it's HUGE!!! I will never be without this cream, it's awesome!!

I bought this for my 12 year old daughter. She has keratosis Polaris on her cheeks and it had gotten very pink/red over the last few months. We have been using it on her cheeks for about 10 days to two weeks and there has been a huge improvement...probably about 90 percent. I would highly recommend this product. Also, zero skin irritation. It is very gentle.

Buyer beware, this has phenoxyethanol a known nephro, hepato and neurotoxin and phenoxyethanol also has 1, 4 dioxane a carcinogen.

This is a great product for “chicken skin.” It is helping mine, even though I don’t use it every day. I can highly recommend this product, both for results and it is the most-pleasant skin-care product I’ve ever used. The first time you dip into the tub, you will love the unique feel that it has, it is so silky and even fun to use!As you dip your hand into the tub, and take out a little bit, you are in for a lovely surprise. It feels unlike anything else. If silk were not a fabric but a skin-care product, this would be it. As soon as you apply it to your upper arms or legs, it instantly melts and easily rubs into your skin. This was recommended by my Dermatologist, and he even said that he uses it on his upper arms.I have sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate, even right after shaving my legs. Besides the silky feel, it is effortless to rub in quickly and totally, and there is no stickiness or greasy feel left on my skin. It's also fragrance-free as well as paraben-free.It is a bit expensive, but my first tub lasted from February through May, though I skip some days if I don’t shower. I rarely leave a review, but the excellent customer service that I received from Carly, who is in the next town over from me, and the wonderful product made me want to share my experience. It is also great to be able to support a local small business.
