This is the best pillow I’ve ever owned, hands down.The cover is soft and thick and feels great on the face. It zips shut and washes easily and well. Then there’s another zippable cover underneath it that holds in all the latex. It came chock full of shredded latex so it had a “high loft” (very thick) and you could pull some out if you wanted a “lower loft” (thinner).I’ve also bought their neck roll / lumbar pillow which I couldn’t make work for me even though there’s nothing exactly wrong with it. And I bought their side sleeper pillow which was disappointing because it not only came with a low loft but had no interior cover — meaning you have to stuff it inside a normal pillowcase which obviously isn’t going to be designed to fit it properly. So I cut open my useless neck roll / lumbar pillow to harvest its latex so I could use it to finish filling up the side sleeper. But even after that the side sleeper has just never been as easy to get used to as I’d hoped it would.Finally, I decided to give this company one last try and ordered the organic version of THIS pillow directly from the manufacturer. I found a good discount code somewhere online and put it in my shopping cart and decided to think it over for a day. Then I decided to order it. Shortly afterwards I got an email from them offering me a lower discount than the one I ALREADY HAD and asking me to buy MORE of their products.I emailed them back with the subject heading Unsubscribe saying I didn’t appreciate being offered a lower discount than the one I had already found on my own and then being asked to buy more of their pillows before the one I’d just bought had even shipped. They not only didn’t Unsubscribe me but actually wrote me back saying I could unsubscribe myself if that’s what I wanted. Shaking my head over that one.So the organic one showed up, and guess what, not only does it NOT come with the same wonderful soft thick outer cover this one comes with — it comes with a thin one that’s just OK -- but it doesn’t have an interior case either. So just as is the case with their side sleeper pillow, you can’t wash the case it comes in without making a big mess taking out all the latex. So I’ve had to put that one in a regular pillowcase too.Not only that but their organic version of this pillow wasn’t as full of latex as this original pillow was. It has plenty though — enough to give me a stiff neck as I’ve gotten used to sleeping on this kind of pillow again.Now having said all of that, THIS pillow actually is actually a really, really good one and is worth the $100 or so that I paid for it. It’s just as firm as it was when I bought it in 2020.If you go looking for discount codes and order directly from the seller you might be able to get this for less. Just be prepared for them to send you some very nice attractive emails telling you how to get a great night’s sleep and how wonderful their other pillows and to please buy even more before they send it to you :-D

I purchased this for my mom after about 4 hours research of what she liked & the best available latex. My dad died a few months back, so I knew it was a big deal that my mother was ready to replace her pillow that she’s had for a decade. Comfort. So it was important to me to find the absolute best pillow to replace her down pillow she’s loved. I have a different, solid latex pillow that I find very comfortable as a back-sleeper, and I’m a fan of the antimicrobial nature of the fill b/c of my allergies. I just think latex is better, and memory foam isn’t as comfortable over time. She’s a side sleeper that ends up crashing on her face, so a solid latex pillow was out. Of all the shredded latex pillows, this is the only that had top marks in comfort, distribution and no smell (latex is natural and can be stinky, so it’s a real consideration). This combination of almost uniform, small cut latex with the spun silk fiber seems to be the reason people find it so comfortable.SO, after all the reviews and determining this was the absolute best pillow for my mother — I bought the wrong size! 🤦🏼‍♀️ She had wanted a king size, and I’d selected queen. She knew I was jealous of her fancy new pillow, so she gave it to me while I ordered her replacement. ☺️ After much guilt over my expensive mistake, I took out about 1/3 the fill (I’m small), and went to bed. Well. I could NOT believe it when I woke, but I’ve literally never slept so restfully!I’ve owned so many expensive pillows based on what I thought I liked. Also, I’m fairly vain (😱), so I’ve always chosen pillows based on whether they can help me stay on my back so I don’t get wrinkles on my face from the pillow/pillowcase. I would never have selected a soft-fill pillow for myself because of the way I thought I needed to sleep. But when I found my face planted in this pillow, I noticed something odd - no pressure! You float. The fill is dense and soft, almost airy — a very nice feel. Not bouncy, not hard, not cold, not hot - I do not know the dynamics of the WHY, but good grief - THIS IS IT.I can’t wait for my mom’s to arrive. This will be a real treat for her. Her sleep is so important since my dad’s passing, and this pillow is comfort perfection. I have no idea why I just wrote so much. But the point is - if you value sleep, give this pillow a go. I swear, I never could have imagined changing this one thing could change everything. But it did. This is absolutely an investment worth making.

I absolutely love my new pillow! I knew I wanted a shredded latex pillow that was adjustable with a soft cover, and this product absolutely hit every mark. Bonus that it's made in the U.S. by a small business. The cover is so soft and the quilting gives it a plush feel. I love that it has a zippered cover for the shredded latex filling, and an outer zippered cover that can be washed. It is very easy to access the latex filling and I took a fair amount out to make it perfect for me. I'm a back sleeper so I don't want it to full. Even though I have less filling now, the pillow still feels pillowy and buoyant without the filling smashing out from beneath my head like goose down pillows do. Before I removed any filling, I felt that the pillow had enough loft for side sleeping if I wanted. The shredded latex pieces are very small and soft, and not at all lumpy. I highly recommend!
