My go-to supplement!
I've been using the PAGG Supplement for nearly a month now and combining it with other elements from Tim Ferriss's 4-Hour Body and Live It Not Diet. For the first time in my adult life I've found what WORKS FOR ME!! This product has been the missing link for me... and I love how I feel...I don't feel sick, anxious, jittery, and there's no after taste like I've experienced with other supplements on the market. Eat simply, take supliments, see some results
Some people want a miracle pill. They don't exist. There are supplements for metabolism support. You still need to eat well to see results. My pants fit a little looser, but I am not really looking to lose weight, mainly burn some fat. So my results my be a little less than someone else.

Indespensible Weapon in The War Against Fat
I've been doing a freestyle blend of paleo/keto, intermittent fasting, resistance training, HIIT, and a touch of cardio with the primary goals of wearing down my belly and pec fat while building a permanently chiseled physique. I've lost about 20 lbs since I started this life-style. I don't really follow Tim's "slow carb" (from the 4-Hour Body) eating protocol exactly but I do generally avoid excessive simple carbohydrates and I do have "cheat days" like he prescribes in the book. I take pAGG "all day", CLA, and sometimes CoQ-10 (ubiquinol) before each meal, and I make damn sure I take them if I'm about to eat sugar and carbs. Sometimes I'll even take two if I'm having a big meal after fasting all day since technically you're supposed to take 3 a day (one with each meal). I have some in a pill case that I keep in my day bag so I'm always prepared with these in case I happen to go out to eat. I call these my "fat blockers" and I wouldn't be caught without them! It's hard to isolate the effects of the pAGG stack on its own but I will say that there are times when I am slacking (not getting to the gym 3-5 days/week and/or eating a lot of junk) where it seems they minimally keep me from gaining weight back during those times. Obliviously you need to do more than take a pill in order to reach your fitness goals but these things are a great tool for when you need to "live a little" or when you're ready to train hard for a few weeks and want that extra edge to maximize your your weight-loss results. They are a little expensive but I'd say they're worth it if you're committing to a life of fitness and could use a little extra help in making that a reality. I look at it like having insurance on your weight-loss plan: if something goes wrong or you stray from you path, you've got back-up. Life happens! In my experience, losing weight can be a difficult and drawn-out process so personally I need to attack that fat from every angle available in order to hang in there and keep making progress. Grab a pack and get on track - you'll be glad you've got these bad boys on your team!!

Amazing Supplement!
A little over a year ago, my husband and I decided we needed to change our lifestyles. We were overweight and kidded each other about it as we enjoyed our evening treats. Like most people of our generation (we are in our early 60’s) we knew we had to make changes to optimize our future, but change is not always easy.My husband read the 4 Hour Body, by Timothy Ferriss and we decided to give his Slow Carb Diet a try. In the book he suggests incorporating a pAGG stack supplement. We were into the diet a month or so and decided to add your New Health Solutions pAGG supplement into our daily routine as it contained the exact combination of supplements and doses outlined by Mr. Ferriss.The diet was working and the weight was coming off, but the supplement was an incredible catapult. I am post menopausal and my symptoms were different than my husbands. I did not have the energy he did and dealt with interrupted sleep and of course, as all women know, we can’t lose the weight the way our husbands can.We used your pAGG supplement, per Tim’s directions, for two months. The wonderful result was I felt more energetic, I slept better and the stubborn weight that was so resistant, melted away. I went from 162 pounds to 120 pounds in a 6 month period. Purchased because labeled "Official" PAGG Stack
I thought this was Tim's Official PAGG Stack. It didn't do anything for me. There are no listed ingredients or amounts of each ingredient in this offer. I find that weird. Should have checked closer. This one is more expensive too.
