I love eggs Benedict. I have tried every recipe, instruction video, and tool out there and nothing really helped me make a quality poached egg. When I saw these little poachers I was intrigued. It wasn't over a single try but with these, I can now make perfect poached eggs every time! Absolutely love the product and here is why:1. They take up absolutely no space (I don't have much space) and all other products are big, bulky. These fit in a large tea cup!2. Cleaning and washing is super easy. After use leave in the hot water pot. After just wipe down with a soft sponge.3. Easy to remove the eggs.4. No guessing games, once you get the formula correct.Tip: It will take you a couple of times to get the timing correct depending on what type of container you put them in, so try it on our own once before cooking for others. For me, Medium size pot, 3/4 full of water, 6 min on medium heat is perfect. I just fill the pot with the same amount of water and set a timer. Perfect every time :)

These little molds worked out great! I made the perfect poached eggs for breakfast the day after I received these. They don't take up any room and they help you to achieve a perfectly formed and cooked egg! I received these silicone molds at a reduced price for my honest review. I would definitely recommend these! I made eggs Benedict by the way.

Excellent products. Just spray with oil and the eggs slide right off. Beats the old fashioned clean up mess, that's for sure. No I made poached eggs all the time and add them to grits or kasha.

Makes absolutely perfect poached eggs. Make sure you spray with cooking spray or you'll spend hours cleaning...

Just remember to not crowd the pan. They need to move around in the water

My husband loves how these poach eggs. Six minutes and they're cooked to perfection.My daughter and I have noticed that the eggs have a funny taste to them---I'm assuming it's because they are cooked in silicone. I'm not fond of the way my eggs taste so will probably not use this for myself. My husband on the other hand doesn't seem to notice the funny taste so he'll continue cooking his eggs this way.
