Mini means mini. Takes a good while to make waffles for the two of us. I cooked eggs too, it was so easy. Heated ham too. Yes they had waffle pattern. In burned myself trying to hold unit while opening lid. Great for dorm or single person. I would buy for a gift, but wouldn't purchase for use again. Color is pretty. Hears up fast. Nonstick, I used spray too.

It isn’t the easiest to clean since you can’t submerge it but it works really well for waffles!

This is a great little waffle iron. Love the size, easy to clean up, and heats up quick.

The media could not be loaded. I originally bought this one cause I like the blue color but as I was making some waffles I got annoyed that the lid wouldn’t stay open cause holding it open while trying pour the batter was difficult but I didn’t think much of it since it’s a cheap gadget. I just got back from buying the pink heart one from target for Valentine’s Day and when I compared them this is what I noticed.

We keep waffle mix ready in the refrigerator, and my husband easily can make the waffles
