Can't Stop Grinning
Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Where to begin first off it Actually does Go Over 56 m.p.h!! I'm like everyone else these days I'll Believe it when I see it or Feel it for myself!! Well I've seen it AND felt it now that I have the Turbo and Dual drive buttons figured out....What do I mean well I had ridden it a couple times first time about 39 mins, second time about 2 hours. And I was impressed with the speed But I'm like it's quick and comfortable But no way this thing is going 50+mph, however still very fun. Fast forward a week and I took the Outstorm to the beach with family neices and nephews for the holidays ( set to the lowest setting single drive Eco mode) in the midst of all the power changes I realize that I have only had (1) one of the wheels Engaged and in 3rd Gear Turbo mode, when I Engaged the 2nd wheel MAN!! Wow!! This thing literally will Pull out of your hands!! And the front wheel literally lifts as you throttle it Seriously!! I call it Def Con 3!!! I can't wait to get this thing back home. I've only had it a week But can't stop smiling. *** Warning.*** As everyone describing it has said I highly recommend wearing safety gear and even then you want to get comfortable with operation before trying Def Con 3!! Because even if you get up to speed which is above (55mph plus!!) You then have to STOP!! And if you Grab a handful of Brake on this scooter, You will be visiting the ER! I ride motorcycles and have for years and this thing, though it's Very Fun!! It's definitely NOT!! To be used without a Great dose of respect especially if you plan on using it in Full Power. As you can see from my photos it looks Great with the lights All lit at night, it will definitely turn some heads as on Lookers admire the lightshow... More updates as I get more time with my Outstorm..One Happy Customer****UPDATE****Several more rides and YouTube videos later and I've learned much more about this scooter. Like how to set up the brakes to be not so hard, (it definitely is a must). Also have had a couple of small spills, thank God I was wearing gloves and kneepads. Still had minor road rash. I have also added some additional grip tape, (see photos). Still Loving the scooter still smiling..

this best offroad electronic scooter in the market
I had this scooter for three months now and I can finally reserve my final thoughts about it. This thing is a true beast! it can go up to 50+ MPH easy without any problem. The acceleration is insane. I have been riding it to college, to work, and to Walmart every day since the day I got it. So far I have put a little over 4000 miles. The tires are big and thick and they are barely worn out. I charge it overnight and it usually takes 8-10 hrs to be fully charged. I got the 25ah battery and it gets me about 49-52 miles of range but I don’t use it all, even though I ride it so much daily. I owned multiple scooters, one of them was the QIEWA QPOWER but I can definitely tell the big difference between them. The OUTSTORM scooter has better suspensions, faster acceleration, and gets me more range than the QIEWA.

Wicked Fast and Fun
This Scooter rocks! Everything listed about it is genuinely true.. It got delivered in only a week with the expedited shipping.I ride it everyday. This thing goes faster than 56mph. I’m 149lbs and I hit 65MPH. It's super scary though! You need to wear all the protective gear in order to ride this scooter at high speeds Had a throttle issue and they send me a new one immediately, no questions asked. Great customer service and Scooter. I would definitely recommend it to others!

A Top of the Line Electric Scooter with Value Pricing
To help in reading this review, I’m going to break it down by section so you can quickly get answers to the most important questions related purchasing this scooter…at the least questions that I had before making the purchase. Is this a top of the line scooter? Absolutely! This isn’t your Lime or Bird rental scooter. It is the real deal with every imaginable feature. At just over 100LBS, it is capable of hauling anyone regardless of weight.Power/Speed? Yes and Yes…but there’s more to it. Just because it can accelerate quickly and hit high speeds doesn’t mean you have to ride the scooter all out. Doing that on this scooter would be dangerous. Your car goes 100+MPH but hopefully you don’t drive it like that. To explain this better, most people will ride the scooter in the eco-mode. That has a top speed ~20MPH with just rear wheel drive. There are three additional settings, Levels 1-2-3, each having a higher top speed. The acceleration when using just the rear wheel drive is quick, without being too harsh.Where things get a little scary is when you engage the all wheel drive/turbo button. Now you literally have both wheels spinning and experience twice the power. In this state you need to be very skilled to manage the power it produces. This is coming from a person who spent years racing motocross on high performance/fast motorcycles. I tested the scooter’s Turbo mode and it really is too much power unless you are racing it.Brakes? These hydraulic disk brakes work effortlessly with one finger, and stop this machine with ease. Remember this is a powerful and heavy scooter, so it needs heavy-duty brakes to stop it. Using the regenerative braking feature unfortunately is a no-go. The software that manages this feature needs a lot of tweaking. What happens when enabling the regenerative setting is that when the brakes are applied, they come on suddenly, creating a safety hazard.Starting/Security? Two key fobs come with it and function much like a car fob. Once you lock it with the fob, if you touch/move it the alarm goes off. Not all that loud but enough to startle a would be thief. I use a special round lock on the disk brake to secure it. Due to its weight, this is not an easy thing to lift and carry, though two strong guys could throw it in the back of a pickup.Cruise Control Feature? I use this a lot, and it works by holding the scooter at the same speed for 7 seconds and then letting off the throttle. I did a 35 mile trip and this was indispensable. Yet, this feature isn’t perfect as they need to do additional work on the software that manages the speed. Mine will hold the speed, and then at times speed up an additional 5MPH for no apparent reason. Knowing this, I’m careful to always ride with fingers on brakes when using cruise control. This is one reason I took a star off the rating.Finger Throttle? You pull in the throttle using your right pointer finger. However, the power doesn’t come on in linear manner. In other words, it can be a bit jerky. Therefore over time you learn how to accelerate smoothly by pulling in slowly on the throttle which mitigate some of those power jerks. These are even more pronounced in the Turbo mode. Another reason for taking away that 5th star.Suspension? There are four mini-spring shocks focused on absorbing small bumps. They do a decent job, but aren’t designed for jumping and this scooter is way too heavy for that anyway.Tires? You can choose between road and off-road tires. I can’t imagine taking this off road, unless you mean low cut grass or hard packed dirt. Either way, I’d still get the road tires. Theseprovide a much smoother/quieter ride than the off-road tires. You have to tell them when ordered which tires you want.Lights? Yes, these many LED lights provide good night time vision, and are quite visible in the daytime. I aways have them on for improved visibility.Seat? Yes, it comes with a nice bolt on seat. I tried it and took it off. Why? Scooters don’t have seats - motorcycles do. If I wanted a seat on a two wheeled vehicle, I would have bought another motorcycle. The fun part of riding a scooter is standing up.Top Speed? They rate it at 56MPH. I took it on an abandoned 1 mile strip to test it. We ran a number of speed tests and all exceeded the 56MPH number, with runs well above that. NOTE: for safety reasons, riding a scooter with 11 inch wheels with mini-shocks above 40MPH isn’t smart. Too much could go wrong, especially with an inexperience driver. Yet even at the higher speeds, the scooter itself felt stable and didn’t rattle.Distance/battery? If you drive in eco-mode you’ll get the advertised mileage (~60 miles) which is what most riders will do. I did a 35 mile ride and still had just under half the battery charge left. Ride it fast with Turbo, you can cut the number by half.Reseller? Location? Shipping? Service? The Outstorm scooter is sold by a reseller/manufacturer located in china. There is no middle person here in the States and that is the main reason this is priced at $2K and not $3K. That is also why shipping takes approximately 6 weeks unless you pay extra for expedited shipping and get it in a week. My experience is very positive dealing with the reseller. My rear shocks squeaked even after greasing them numerous times. I contacted the reseller and he immediately expedited me two new shocks at not cost. His English was very good and I sensed he really wanted me to be happy with the scooter, which I am.Final thoughts? Spending $2,000+ on a high end electric scooter makes sense if you want the Cadillac of scooters. Notice I didn’t say NEED! I love technology and those that buy this scooter will do so because they have an appreciation for all the tech that reside in this machine. I have had electric bikes for over 5 years and had zero maintenance issues with them. I suspect this machines will outlast me. Every time I ride it I just smile ear to ear. It is that much fun.
