I just couldn't figure out how to use this since there were not instructions and many more wires than I had available to attach to. I decided to ship it back. My suggestion to the company; assume we are all dummies and need instructions, what seems self explanatory to you may not be to me.

Although this wasn't to my expectation, it looked like a solid piece of hardware. I needed something that would fit into my décor and was a little bit bigger than the previous one I was taking down.

We bought this for a rental house. When it arrived we couldn't believe how small it was. You can hardly hear it if you in the same room, much less another part of the house. I definitely do not recommend.

It doesnt work

I'm using this chime as the backup alarm on my golf cart as the OEM was loud and annoying. A 48 volt relay and the chime goes off each time I put the cart in reverse. Thanks so much, JK
