Spec Ops the Line (Signature Series Guides)

By "technical issues," I am referring to the numerous typographical errors in this guide. Some people don't care about stuff like that, but I don't enjoy re-reading sentences two or three times just to make sense out of them. In other words, the guide is informative but difficult to read in spots.

This book is what my husband needed to really play this game. the book helps you get thru each stage of the game

I thought a game set in the desert would be something I could really get into but "The Line" surely wasn't it. I'm not into online gaming so I play solo and for the story. Unfortunately, this story makes no sense. I think it's supposed to be "deep and meaningful" but it fails miserably and by the time you get to the end, you just don't care about the situation. It doesn't help that none of the characters are memorable. The entire scenario is repetitive and the commands are not user friendly. You waste a lot of time trying to figure out what you should be doing and how to move your men around. Buy it second or third hand; better yet, get it as a gift so you don't feel guilty for having wasted your money on this trash.

The product was clear and concise which made it easy to comprehend and easy to follow. My only problem is getting hold of the software,the business of having to have an US address before you can procure it makes a nonsense of the whole system, you can download books as in the caseof this particular product but when you wish to purchase the software it then becomes a negative issue.
