I was skeptical about this supplement but decided to give it a try. My cravings have significantly diminished & I’m very happy with the results. This will be my 4th week I started with 1 in the morning & now am taking 1 in the morning & 1 in the afternoon.

I had heard Berberine was good for blood sugar so tried this one. It had great reviews and I liked it was made in the USA. I couldn't take 3 day as suggested my stomach doesn't take change well. I started in the mornings. I am now up to taking it in the mornings and evenings. in another week or two I'll try the third dose. It is really helping my sugars and bringing them down which I love. I don't do well on many meds and the ones I do well on my insurance doesn't cover. I feel like I have hope now.

I've taken berberine before and never "felt" anything; however, this stuff actually works...I'm one of those people who could eat all day and after using this, even once a day, have to "remember" to have a meal.
