It's a very clean product but small issue with mine...
I am needing help with this product. I purchased this for the rebuild of my KA24DE and have ran into a very noisy, very nanny-ish problem.I finished the rebuild of my car (all stock!) and didn't give it much abuse until about 1,000 miles in. There were occurrences of annoying squeaks starting suddenly right at around 4,000 RPM's but didn't give it much thought. Now that I've had a chance to really get on this car since it's all wearing in this issue is very pronounced.This issue didn't occur prior to the installation of the fan clutch and fan. With the fresh internals the old cracked fan and totally frozen fan clutch got a little bit of abuse but never a hint of a squeak even with the new belts on. Installed the fan clutch with the fan, noticed the noise, thought it'd go away eventually... and it hasn't. I replaced my idler pulley today and yet this issue persists. I believe it's with the clutch. Can I please get help with this?
