Generic not ergonomic. Fails to support the back
Terrible back support. Looks like fake reviews. The product is generic, threads were coming out when received and is non returnable even though Amazon mentions it is returnable. After calling amazon customer support they adequately helped me out, hence I am giving the one star, otherwise this item deserves a zero.
