I have MS in which I experiencing pain from time to time and I must say I love how this massages makes me feel and the added bonus is the carry bag. Its quite and to be blessed to have the heat on with the massage truly makes it worthwhile. I recommend this product if you experience pain in the back, legs, buttocks everywhere.

Amazing! Helped so much when I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and neck!

This massager is smaller than my original from this same company NeckTek. The arms with holes to put the arms through are shorter than the original, and so short it's awkward to get them in a comfortable position. The A/c adapter is also smaller and the wire is thinner and looks as if it won't last long. It also makes the unit not as powerful. When first used it was under powered and actually stopped. I replaced it with my original adapter and it had more power. Time will only tell how long it will last. My other one lasted two years with near daily use. So far so good.

Works good. Heat isn't that much noticeable. NOTE: After about 10 uses it stopped working after I dropped the ac adapter on the floor. There are several reviews of it not working after a few uses. My issue was the ac adapter not working. I replaced the adapter for $11 on Amazon or ebay and it works. Almost threw the whole thing away.

This really makes a difference in my neck pain

I have used this twice a day since receiving it to work out knotted up tissue in my neck and shoulders. I have been suffering with severe limitations and pain for months before the purchase. In only three days I was back in the gym exercising without limitation. I plan to use it daily for one cycle (15 minutes) to maintain and stay pain free. Highly recommend if you’re like I was, and constantly reaching up grabbing your neck and shoulders trying to make the pain stop. This device is terrific. You regulate the pressure by position and how much you let your arms fall in the straps. It can be a light warm rub, or deep tissue to work out those knots. Powerful, and doesn’t bog down. Game changer!
