Do not take having severe COPD
Just member - according to Pulmonologists, people with severe cOPD (like me) should NOT take this as our bodies already store enough for some reason. Google it. I still take it anyway.

Great Product
Overall, very satisfied with this product. It gives me a pick me up and I do find it effective in extended endurance and energy for my workouts. The little measuring spoon is awesome! It has no smell or taste so you can mix it with almost anything. The only reason I haven’t given this five stars is that I prefer it to be less expensive but I would recommend this product for those who are more serious about getting more out of their workouts.

Good for strength trainings and recovery.

Not what I expected
I lift weights and do strength training daily, so I decided to give this product a try. I’ve been using it for the past four days, and while it helps me feel good during workouts, I experience extreme fatigue a few hours afterward that lasts the rest of the day. Unfortunately, it seems this product just isn’t the right fit for me.

No jitters. It’s better than any other thing I’ve used. Will recommend it to others.

Very small amount for a 45 day nutritional supplement
Misleading, expecting a powdered scoop able bulk substance. I guess I should have looked up 20 g and how small of an amount that is. Almost trial size packet. I tired to return before using it, Amazon says it's not returnable unless damage.The entire 45 days supply is 1/2 the size of a deck of cards.
