Byers Knife Sharpener BY1 (colors may vary)

This is the second one of these I bought. They are quick and easy to use. I bought this one to use in a professional kitchen, to sharpen cheap knives. I dont use this on my good knives, because it removes metal quickly. I take those to a stone to maximize their usefulness. It does what you want, quickly, what more can you ask for? Also, if you don't know how to sharpen your knives using the stones, this is a great alternative.

Love this little thing. I have purchased expensive sharpeners and none of them work as easily and well.

I have one of these that is over 20 years old....still works GREAT. I wanted another one for a camping pack, so I ordered this one. It seems to work as well, BUT boy oh boy is it a lot cheaper in looks. My first one was solid plastic.....the new one is hollow and the handle can even be pinched together cause the material is so flimsy.

Best sharpener I ever owned

I have had this sharpener since 1985. I really enjoy keeping my knives sharp and this does the trick. Just noticed to the teeth on this are loose. Was able to tighten them but now may have to purchase a new one. I hope the quality is just as good.

I have this. I bought it in virgils hardware, i love it it works well on stainless steel knife. In just 10 strokes all my kitchen knives turned out like brand knew.

Great product at a great price. Our previous sharpener lasted about 12 years. This time we bought extras to give to friends.

God for house and diy. Not professionals
