Q: How do you make the top work...cannot get to go up and down?

you have to turn the top part of the cap to the left

Q: Is this product all natural?

Yes, the product is natural. I saw it on the Dr. Oz Show and decided to purchase. My only negative was that I grew tired of the fragrance because it lasts so long. Has a good feel and fragrance.

Q: I can't use products with Cinnamal or Vanillan. Is either ingredient in this body wash?

I do not know I do like this wash though. Can you contact the manufacturer for ingredients?
