Dangerous Threads Natural Veg Tan 8/9 Ounce Leather Belt Blank Strip, Extra Long 1" x 72"

I used the strap for making a purse strap. The only real issue is that the flesh side of the strap is a little rough. It took about 30 minutes of sanding to get it to the point where I could burnish it with tokonole. Once it was sanded and burnished, the strap was great. The finished side of the leather was perfect. Overall I am happy with the product and would buy it again.

Product is unsatisfactory. Has very large scar, and the rough side is very messed up right in the center of the strip. Leather seams uncharacteristicly "spongy" as well. While I haven't tried yet, I don't believe this will stamp well at all. I have already ordered a new piece from a different supplier. It's not really even worth my time to return this, the closest USPS store is half an hour away from me. So unfortunately I just have to chalk this up as a loss. Don't order from this supplier, look at my pictures and you will see what you can expect.

Hard to see in the photos but the cut was not straight or uniform. I’m using for purse straps and was by no means of good enough quality for that!!!
