You must use an iron with no steam or water and allow to cool between pressings STEP 2 Holding the iron flat press the name tape in place for between 10 to 15 seconds Do not move the iron around STEP 3 Allow the garment to cool down STEP 4 Repeat steps 2 & 3 again (total of 3 pressings and cooling for each label) Use a thin pressing cloth on delicate fabrics Instructions are also printed on the back of the labels for your convenience For further help you can also watch a video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3GmokqTEfs Iron on labels may not be suitable for fluffy, knitted or terry towelling like materials as the adhesive on the labels needs a flat stable surface to stick to. Teflon coated material will not work either (it's non-stick).
