Strong hold, the shine does have a slight mat to it. Easy to work with just wish it had a better smell to it. Great product tho.

Great product more matte than people think. It has a little better hold than Gold Digger because of the cosmetic silicon in it. Also it wroks very well for multiple hair style and mixes well with multiple hair products.

Works well but I also use other similar products that work just as well for less money.

I tried Gold Digger and loved it and Tried it this one and I loved it as well! One thing is more sure, your hair looks healthier with a bit of shine. Not very much because it almost looks like gold digger. If you want a perfect nice hair you need to straighten your hair first !

I've been using this for a couple years now and I love it. I've tried gold digger, Pete's be Pedro and a few others but this one works for me. It has more of a matte finish and a stronger hold which I like. A little more subtly stylish.

Hair product was unsealed and opened! The top screw cap was left opened, leaving my hair product hard and unuseable !! This is a brand new product and shouldnt be like this. Horrible experience coming from a long time prime user. Lost $25 down the drain..

I'm leaving two stars because the wax comes in a neat package and there's a ton of product in the container. After hearing about by Vilain and watching the two YouTube hair moguls achieving flawless hair and styles, I decided to give it a shot. Definitely not what I expected and I'm pretty disappointed. First off, the wax spreads like butter in your hands which is always great, but the problem is, it is extremely grippy on your hair and seems to fall apart even after combing it. Maybe it's my thick and curly hair but I've tried numerous methods of application. Also, the product does not give any shine, more like a Matt TINT and leaves your hair frizzy/dry looking. Definitely disappointed. Maybe I received a bad batch but this was not what I expected. I'll stick to the water based pomades which work way better for me. Price is also pretty high for a tiny jar of wax.

Sadly disappointed, I really wanted it to be perfect. It's reviews were generally phenomenal and as a diverse hair product user this didn't even make the top 5. It was almost impossible to work into dryer hair, pulled terrible, stayed ultra sticky and was hard to clean out. I give it a 3 however because it did what it said it would, hold very well and slight shine. Sorry though, had to return it.
