I drive a refrigeration truck doing food deliveries in Seattle at 3am... So I can't really speak to the wind resistance of this item. However, it is comfortably warm despite its seeming thinness.If you have a beard, it may cause your face to be itchy. Not really the mask's fault though... it's just the nature of beards.

Not for work
The bottom back rides up constantly, exposing your neck to the sun. I like the fact that it has fittings over your ears and nose so its not smashing your face in. That's about it. Doesn't last very long though,stitching comes undone in the wash in less then a year.

Picture looks better then the item. I can't even fold the bottom collar like it does in the picture. I would like my money back but this product does not give you an option.
